2. Use of Your Information

Trijog uses your data strictly for purposes directly related to delivering, enhancing, and personalizing mental health services:

  1. To provide counseling, therapy, and assessments.
  2. To allow therapists within Trijog to coordinate and share relevant client information internally for better clinical outcomes.
  3. To improve platform functionality, AI-based service matching, and user experience.
  4. For internal research and quality assurance, without identifying individual clients publicly.

Important: Your data will never be sold, leased, or shared with external third parties for marketing or any unrelated purposes.

3. Confidentiality & Internal Sharing

  • All therapists and staff sign a confidentiality agreement prior to accessing client information.
  • Internal sharing of data is strictly limited to personnel and therapists who require it for providing services, clinical decision-making, or platform improvement.
  • Any notes, reports, or session data circulated internally are used only to improve outcomes and efficiency within Trijog.
  • Sharing outside Trijog, whether publicly or with external entities, is strictly prohibited.

4. Data Storage and Security

  • All client information is stored on secure servers with state-of-the-art encryption and access controls.
  • Access is restricted to authorized personnel and therapists on a need-to-know basis.
  • We conduct regular audits and implement administrative, physical, and technical safeguards to protect data from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction.

5. Client Rights

  1. Access & Review your personal and therapy records.
  2. Request Corrections to any inaccurate information.
  3. Withdraw Consent for specific data usage (with consideration to clinical continuity).

Note: Some uses, such as session improvement and AI-driven support, may require anonymized data usage for continued optimization.

6. AI & Analytics

  • AI algorithms used by Trijog only process your data internally to provide better session recommendations, track progress, and improve the therapeutic journey.
  • AI-based insights are used for internal efficiency and clinical quality assurance, never for commercial sale or external profiling.
  • Data used in AI is anonymized wherever possible to ensure confidentiality.

15. Google Login, Calendar & Gmail

When you use Trijog and choose to sign in with Google or connect Google services, we access Google account data only as described in Google's OAuth consent screen and for the purposes below. This section is provided to meet Google API Services User Data Policy requirements, including the Limited Use requirements for restricted scopes.

What we access

  • Google profile: name, email address, and profile photo (for authentication and account identity).
  • Google Calendar: calendar event data needed to create, update, or manage events you initiate from the platform (e.g., scheduling sessions or meetings).
  • Gmail (gmail.modify): for therapists and staff who connect their Google account, we access your Gmail mailbox to read, send, compose, and organize email messages so you can manage client correspondence from within the platform. “Organize” includes applying or removing labels and updating read/unread or archive status. All Gmail actions are performed only on your own mailbox and only when you take an action in the platform. We do not permanently delete your email messages.

How we use Google data

  • To sign you in securely using Google Login.
  • To create and manage calendar events related to your use of the platform.
  • To let you read, send, reply to, and organize Gmail messages with your clients directly inside the platform, and to notify you of new incoming messages.
  • To operate, secure, and improve the service.

Limited Use of Google user data

Trijog's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We do not use Gmail or other Google user data for any purpose other than providing the features described above, and we do not transfer this data to third parties except as necessary to provide or improve those features, to comply with applicable law, or as part of a merger or acquisition. We do not use Gmail data to train generalized or non-personalized AI or machine learning models. Access to Gmail data by humans is restricted to the limited cases permitted by the policy (e.g., with your consent, for security, or to comply with law).

What we do not do

  • We do not store your Google password.
  • We do not sell Google user data, including Gmail data.
  • We do not use Google user data for advertising or unrelated marketing.
  • We do not permanently delete your Gmail messages or use Gmail data to build user profiles for purposes unrelated to the service.

Revoking access

You can revoke Google access at any time from your Google Account settings under “Third-party apps with account access.” After revocation, Google sign-in, calendar, and Gmail features may stop working until you reconnect.
