By accessing or using the Trijog – Know Your Mind platform (“Platform”), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and all applicable laws. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the Platform.

Trijog – Know Your Mind is a mental health and holistic well-being service provider offering counseling, therapy, assessments, and related services through its digital Platform and in-person sessions.

Users must be at least 18 years of age (or have parental consent for minors) and able to form legally binding contracts.

• All sessions booked via the Platform are non-transferable.
• Once a session is booked, it cannot be cancelled. If your plans change, you may reschedule to another available time through the Platform.
• Rescheduling is only permitted at least 12 hours before the scheduled appointment time. Requests made within 12 hours of the appointment must be handled by contacting Trijog's admin team directly.
• Payment for sessions is processed at the time of booking.
• Trijog reserves the sole discretion to provide refunds under special circumstances; dissatisfaction with a therapist does not constitute grounds for a refund.

• Refunds, if granted, are at the absolute discretion of Trijog.
• Users cannot claim a refund for sessions that are booked on the platform and the payment is confirmed.
• Requests for refunds must be submitted through the Platform's official channels and may require verification.

Users agree not to:

• Harass, intimidate, or abuse any therapist or staff member
• Record or share confidential session content
• Use the Platform for unauthorized commercial purposes
• Provide false information or misrepresent identity

• All client information is strictly confidential.
• Trijog is an ISO-certified and HIPAA-compliant organization.
• Therapists and staff may only access personal data as required for service delivery.
• Sessions, notes, or communications may not be disclosed without client consent, except as required by law or to prevent harm.

• Trijog's founder and staff maintain relevant credentials, including an RCI-certified degree in psychology.
• Services provided are professional in nature but do not constitute emergency medical care.

• The Platform may include digital tools for booking, session tracking, and resources.
• Users are responsible for maintaining login credentials and ensuring device security.
• Trijog is not liable for interruptions, technical issues, or data loss arising from use of the Platform.

• All content, materials, and intellectual property on the Platform are owned by Trijog or its licensors.
• Users may not copy, distribute, or reproduce Platform content without written consent.

• Trijog is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of its services.
• Users acknowledge that mental health outcomes vary, and Trijog does not guarantee specific results.

• Trijog reserves the right to suspend or terminate user accounts for violations of these Terms & Conditions.
• Users may discontinue use at any time, but all booked sessions remain subject to the above rescheduling and refund policies.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Mumbai, India.

• Trijog may update these Terms & Conditions periodically.
• Users will be notified through the Platform or email. Continued use constitutes acceptance of any changes.
